The Company Group and the environment

  • International environment

External environment of the fulfilment of employment policy concept as a part of an international company group: the European Union. The company group has to find its position in this international environment, to establish its economic, trade and logistic relations. As an international company, it has multicultural environment, where the differences in national economies, national identities and regulating means also affect operation.

  • National/macroeconomic environment

ISD DUNAFERR Zrt. as a legal person and as our country's largest existing under the laws of metallurgical companies in Hungary organization. As regards human resources development and management, as well as labour relations those stipulated by the Labour Code are normative.

  •  Regional/microenvironment

ISD DUNAFERR Zrt. is seated in Dunaújváros, but has sites at several places inHungary. As a dominant company of the subregion of Dunaújváros it determines and effects the economy, infrastructure, employment policy, purchasing power and social environment of the region in several respects.

The Company Group, as internal environment

  • ISD DUNAFERR Zrt. is the parent company of member companies in ISD DUNAFERR Company Group, which enforces the owners' concept and will upon the member companies by founders' resolutions.
  • Majority of the member companies ensures the keeping of work peace within the frame of Collective Agreement based on common will on the level of the company group.

The interests of non-organized employees are represented at ISD DUNAFERR Zrt. by the Central Works Council of ISD DUNAFERR Zrt. based on the exercise of right ensured by the Labour Code.
