As a result of 2007 integration process the ISD Dunaferr Group became a united company, with one name and one voice on the market. Management of domestic and export sales is carried out by ISD Dunaferr’s Sales Directorate.
In 2007 we launched the procedure of “Restoring the Customer” aimed at closing the competitive gap between ISD Dunaferr and its European competitors.
Today, ISD Dunaferr has wide range of commercial activities both in Hungarian and International steel markets. The sales of ISD Dunaferr products are shared between domestic and export in relation in approximately 40% to 60%.
Our inside-out view on business is based on average or mean-based measures of our recent past. Customers don’t judge us on average; they feel the variance in each transaction and each product we ship. That's why we focus first on reducing process variation and then on improving the process capability. Customers value consistent, predictable business processes that deliver world-class levels of quality. This is what we strive to produce by our activities.
