A significant achievement of DUNAFERR Company Group in the field of outplacement is DUNAFERR Steel Foundation “for Employment” established in 1994, the main aim of which is to support the employees of the economic corporations belonging to the scope of authority of the Collective Agreement of DUNAFERR Company Group, whose labour relations terminated or terminates by economic or industrial structural reasons. The foundation – mainly to make reemployment easier – provides educational and training assistance for supported people by establishing the financial conditions, provides working possibilities by means of a placement service, as well as helps them to become entrepreneurs.
